Chris Webby is one of those artists that has a lot of hype on the blog scene and among college kids but I've generally never been that into him. His voice is a little wack and it seems that he tries to seem harder on his tracks than is actually believable but his latest mixtape Best in the Burbs is actually pretty solid. I don't see him turning into one of my favorite artists any time soon but at least now he's made it onto my rotation.
